      3.5 stars--I always want to know what stretches to do after running to reduce the risk of injury and increase flexibility. This book was perfect because it has a ton of stretches, and tells you which ones to do for which sport. Also, if you're interested, the first part of the book goes into a lot of physiological detail about muscles I pretty much skipped that though.
