This book is strange. The rhythm and verse is sort of tricky to read, especially because there are so many parentheticals (I thought Beatrix Potter was into parentheses, but this goes beyond that). It almost seems as if this book was translated from another language into English, although I don't know if that's the case. Also, I had a hard time figuring out the relationship between the two featured rabbits. The size difference makes them seem like a parent and child. That's obviously how my chil [...]

While the illustrations and overall story as a whole is cute, the writing is atrocious. There are so many fragmented sentences and unnecessary use of parentheses. Just because it's a children's book doesn't mean you are excused from writing well.

This is a tail about two friends and the time they spend together. It exemplifies what a friend is, what friends do, and how friends make us feel. The friends in this book are two rabbits, one big rabbit and one small rabbit. This story made me smile seeing the friendship that the two rabbits have. The illustrations were extremely adorable and brought life and humor to the story. Through all the times they experience together they make a connection one that makes them feel safe and protected kno [...]

This book is about two rabbits, I think a parent and child, doing things together. It is a very sweet book, but may be a bit confusing to children with the way it is written. It is a good one to talk about friendship and relationships between parents and children.

Ruby seemed to love me reading this short book to her. She calmed down. It was a gift from a friend that came to see her.

Mini-Me seems to really like this one - she asks for it often. Something about the text reminds me very much of e.e. cummings, which I find appealing.
