Nolan’s ‘Monster Island’ project was actually first published in the 90’s and has been re-released for a new audience.       Einmal mehr eine Geheimnisvolle=Insel=Story, die sich recht unterhaltsam liest, der es aber doch an Profil fehlt: etwas Spannung, etwas SF, etwas Humor, etwas Romantik; Nolan will es allen recht machen und erklärt im Nachwort, dass die Story familienfreundlich sein soll. Dieses Ziel hat er erreicht, nichts muss hier Anstoß erregen.
