      This was a little bit over my head in some places because the author references a bit of work that influences his that I am not familiar with. This book ultimately helped reinforce the grasp on understanding the importance in collaboration of knowing ones strengths and being surrounded by people who have strengths that are not ones strengths. "Know Thyself"
