      Does not include detailed training plan I should not have to go online and share my personal e-mail to view a training plan. The electronic book requires you to go to an external website and share this info to view plan options.

      I actually liked this the best of Angie's three books on running. It had the least overlap with the material in the prior two and had the most tips to act on, even though I don't currently plan to run a half. Some good material too in her blog, although she doesn't appear to still maintain it.

      Great bookI 've been running on and off for a few years, but have not been able to stay consistent. I had trouble finding a training program that helped me since I'm a "slow" runner. This book addressed those issues and now I am confident that I will reach my goals. It's nice to know I can contact the author and get answers to my questions and additional help if needed.

      First half/10th halfThis is the best book I've read about half marathon training! Jill gives real life examples and advice. I'm going to be running my 11th half marathon in March but I haven't run more than a 5K in the past year. Made me determined to get training. Jill gave me the push I needs!!
