Needs an EditorThe story was great, but the editing took away from a better review. The author would be wise to ask readers to read a draft and edit for her if she can't afford a paid editor. Big example, her kidnappers spoke Spanish, but later they reference the Russians. All in all, I love the guys and want to see what happens when they all go on tour.

Loving this seriesThis series is going to kill me waiting for the next one to come out. So far these books have been so innocent, but you can feel what is coming, and I can't wait.

A great read. Love all the actions and the excitement going on through out the story (aka, the kidnappings attempts). Really hope that there will be a third book. Especially after that ending.

read this almost in the same day as the first one! I didn't like it as much due to the ending. I hope the author won't force melody to choose one of the guys cos I wouldn't like to see any of them hurt. however when I read both books again I feel she has put a lot of emphasis on Tyler so I have a sinking feeling she'll probs end up with Tyler. Still, I'm looking forward to the next book. Whenever that comes out

The saga continuesDrama boils around poor Melody like that dust cloud around Pigpen from Peanuts. She can't escape it no matter how hard she strives for normal. Or, as normal as normal can be with with band members who tour part of the year. Anything else I mention is going to be a spoiler so I'll leave it at that. This poor girl has gone through hell. Continues to go through hell. She is just trying to find her feet and learn to live in this new world. Emotions, other than fear, are new; or are [...]

I ❤ these books!!This is the best modern Cinderella series I've ever read. It's terribly real & gritty but it addresses real painful issues & shows love can contour all. Now it's starting to get hot & she needs to enjoy all those boys in every way hehe as she busts out as a new superstar

Not for mePersisted with this out of curiosity as I do like a good reverse harem. This however just stretched too far. Plot was too far fetched for me and not enough depth to the characters to engage me. Reverse harem need good, engaging relationships between the individuals to gain any credibility and the female lead just felt like a wet lettuce

Great seriesI'm hooked. I couldn't put it down. A few errors with spelling, and switching names in both books but easy to overlook because you can't wait to find out what happens next.

Reviewed by Whitney@Shooting Stars Reviews In the second book of this series, Melody is trying to get away from her kidnappers. She doesn't want to go to where ever they are taking her, and she's bound and determined to get back to her guys. But, that may be easier said than done. And all of the guys are going out of their minds with worry for her, and what will happen next. They must work together to help get her back before it is too late. This book was not as good as I was hoping it would be. [...]

After waiting for what seemed forever for this second book, I was afraid I might be disappointed. However, it was a good sequel; fast paced and nicely written. It could have used more editing as there were several typos. And I wish it had been longer. The character development is a bit slow, but the author is nicely balancing the 5 guys. All in all this book was better than the first. I believe the author is improving as the story progresses. I liked the focus on the human trafficking. Sex slave [...]

Book 2 in the Song Bird Series was better than book one. Melody and Forte's story continues with twists and turns. Even though these stories are short they are well worth the read and I would recommend them. I can't wait to read the next book

I am praying and PRAYING for this to become a Reverse Harem! It would be so sad to make Melody pick just one! This is my all time favourite series, and I can't WAIT until the next book! I love these so much, I check almost every day to see when the next book is scheduled!

Kind of dissatisfied. Or maybe it was just really short? Just started to feel it was moving then end of book. Still will probably read the next book.
