With one week to complete a top-secret mission, Major Jack "Cobra" Korba did not need emotional distractions. But when flight surgeon Monica Hyatt, his estranged ex-lover, was added to his team, the sensitive assignment suddenly became all too personal. With two sisters trapped behind enemy lines, Monica maneuvered herself onto Jack's flight crew, determined to rescue her loved ones while keeping her desire for Jack safely in check. Yet on the brink of the most dangerous task either had ever face [...]

This book had three romances going. The MC's are in the Air Force. He's a AF pilot and she's a flight surgeon. They are married in Vegas while drunk and are now both struggling with feelings for each other, trying to decide if they can make a go of it together for real. The secondary romances are with the heroine's two sisters. One is a humanitarian worker, captured by a terrorist group and being held hostage. The other sister was raised in the Middle East and is trying to escape, seeking asylum [...]

should have been renamed tale of 3 sisters. So much of tragedy all round. Cant even begin to list it all out. Jack had a wife who died along with their unborn child. Monica's mother walked out of her marriage leaving her two daughters behind. She went on to have another daughter with the Arab. So basically this is the story of Monica, her younger sister Sydney and her half sister Yasmin. Sydney is taken hostage and raped by Ammar - the villan who also happens to be Yasmin's uncle. Yasmin is sent [...]

Great story! More, 3 stories in 1! But it was really good and very intense, sometimes. Two of the couple had a past and it was good seeing how they overcame their past and I really loved a new love story, even if the age difference was really something I don't know if I would like this in reality :(The story is simple, Jack Korba is ready for a mission to save hostages, but one of them is surgeon Monica Hyatt's sister so she's in. And there is the sister's ex-fiancèe ready to action. When they' [...]

A multi-plot single title about Catherine Mann’s wingmen warriors. The heroine insists on accompanying the hero on a mission to rescue her sister who’s been taken prisoner by terrorists in a central Asian country. Hero doesn’t want her to go, not just because he’s protective, but they’re secretly married—on a semi-drunken whim—and he’s trying to get over her. During the story another sister—half—turns up, she gets involved in her own romance, while everyone’s trying to deci [...]

Three love stories in one! Action packed Loved watching Jack and Monica discover the depth of each other. Sydney's story was heartbreaking, but Cathy tied it into Crusty and Mary Elise's story from "Strategic Engagement" that touched my heart. I totally recommend reading ALL Catherine Mann's books.

My favorite of the series (so far). Excellent characters, great depth, compelling storyline, three wonderful romances wrapped up into one book. Perfection.
